Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Volumet website and any enquiry you make through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. They do not, on their own, form a rental contract — the specific terms of any rental are confirmed separately in writing before equipment is released.

2. Information on this site

Specifications, comparisons, indicative pricing, and availability shown on this site are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Comparison content involving non-XGRIDS devices is educational; Volumet does not supply Leica, Matterport, DJI, iPhone, or other third-party devices, and makes no representation about their performance.

Equipment availability is confirmed only when we respond to your enquiry. Indicative pricing is not a quote.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve equipment. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed dates, terms, and a quote in writing and any required deposit is in place.

4. Rental conditions

The detailed conditions of a rental — including deposit, insurance, care of equipment, liability for loss or damage, late return, and handover and collection — are set out in the rental agreement provided at the time of booking. Please read the terms & handover page and the rental agreement carefully.

5. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our permission.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, layout, logos and imagery — is owned by Volumet or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. XGRIDS, Lixel, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Volumet is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
