Matterport Pro3 starts from S$1,900 per week and Leica BLK360 G2 from S$3,300 per week — both with a 2-day minimum, a deposit, and Singapore pickup or delivery. The BLK360 is subject to an eligibility review, and the Matterport Pro3 needs a Matterport account for processing.
Is dry rental available?
Dry rental may be available for teams with suitable experience and clear project requirements. Approval depends on the renter profile, intended workflow, equipment handling, deposit, insurance, and availability.
Do I need experience to rent a scanner?
Prior experience is recommended for dry rental. First-time users can choose rental plus onboarding, which covers setup, basic capture technique, file handling, and return requirements over Zoom.
Can I use the rental scanner for Scan-to-BIM?
Yes — rented handheld SLAM LiDAR equipment supports point cloud reference capture for Scan-to-BIM workflows. Volumet does not deliver full BIM models unless a separate partner-supported workflow is agreed.
Can I produce 3D Gaussian Splatting scenes?
Yes — XGRIDS workflows support 3DGS use cases depending on the device, capture method, and processing workflow, alongside point cloud and mesh outputs.
Do you provide a scanner operator?
Volumet is primarily an equipment rental and access provider. Operator-supported or partner-supported workflows may be considered case by case, but should not be assumed unless confirmed in writing.
Do you rent outside Singapore?
Singapore is the primary service area. Southeast Asia enquiries may be considered case by case depending on project scope, logistics, rental duration, and equipment availability.
